Pastéis de Nata


Over Easter break, I made some Portuguese Egg Tarts. They were super easy, but with the number of eggs that I used...I'm pretty sure my cholesterol levels have jumped up a few notches. 

These may have spent a couple too many minutes in the oven, hence the wrinkly look -- but it still tasted good! Recipe can be found here.
